In the highly regarded 2008 Socha-Gelbmann Electronic Discovery Report, both Concordance and LAW PreDiscovery electronic discovery software from LexisNexis achieved Top 5 rankings in the overall Electronic Discovery Software Provider category, as well as seven other categories, including Processing, Review, Analysis, Production and Use of Software by Others.
This marks the fourth year in which LexisNexis software placed in the Top 5 and the fifth year in a row that Concordance placed first among electronic discovery software used by U.S. law firms.
The annual report is an independent and authoritative review capturing market size and scope, as well as trends, issues, provider standing and more within the e-discovery industry. Researchers used more than 350 qualitative and quantitative factors to rank 107 e-discovery services and software providers, 29 law firms and 19 corporations. Results are based on comprehensive survey responses, along with analysis from leading industry experts George Socha and Tom Gelbmann.
