  • Phil Billingham – Strategy consultant from the UK provides insight into “Treating Customers Fairly” - the lessons learned in the UK, strategies and tactics used by successful firms, not only to meet regulatory requirements, but also to build better and more profitable relationships with their clients.

12h20–13h20 Sibusiso Vilane is the first black African to complete the Three Poles Challenge - North and South Pole and Mount Everest. He is one of South Africa’s most inspirational heroes. The driving force behind Vilane’s gutsiness is the will to encourage all young Africans to “reach the top” in their personal journeys through life. "I just want them to realise that they are unique as Africans and we can match the world with anything we do – be it sport, be it business, be it anything. There will be challenges, but it's about just being persistent and not giving up," he says. If he can do that in the most dangerous and inhospitable of conditions and against all the odds so, he suggests, can you.
