Clive Thompson
Clive is a Director of the workplace relations consultancy CoSolve and an experienced mediator, facilitator and arbitrator. He is an admitted attorney of the High Court, Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Cape Town and a senior visiting fellow at the University of New South Wales, Australia.

Alec Freund
Alec is a senior counsel who has practised in the field of employment law for more than 26 years. He has been appointed from time to time as an acting judge of the Labour Court and of the High Court.

Peter le Roux
Peter is a director of Brink Cohen le Roux Inc where he practises in the field of labour law and employee benefits law. He is also an Honorary Professor at the University of South Africa, editor of and contributor to Contemporary Labour Law and a co-author of Essential Labour Law.
