This course is targeted at Line Managers, HR personnel involved in the interview process and Employment Equity Committee members. The objective of the course is to equip delegates with an understanding of the legislative framework impacting on the interview and to assist interview panelists with the skills to conduct a competency based interview.

We have a panel of carefully selected trainers all of whom are legally qualified, have many years of experience as trainers and are often arbitrators/and or commissioners of the CCMA.
