Professor Walter Geach BA LLB (Cape Town) CTA (Cape Town) M COM CA (SA).
Walter Geach is a Chartered Accountant CA (SA) and also an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa. He is currently a Senior Professor and a Fellow of the University at the Graduate School of Business at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. He is a non-executive director of Grindrod Limited.

He specialises in commercial law, financial accounting, financial planning and taxation and he presents seminars throughout South Africa on these topics. Professor Geach has published a number of books, and his books are published by Juta and Company, Cape Town, LexisNexis and Oxford University Press. His published books include the following:
