About the seminar
The 2009 Revenue Laws amendments legislation introduces some changes of major significance – in particular, amendments to the proposed dividend withholding tax and related matters, changes to the definition of a dividend, CFC amendments, and various anti avoidance provisions. Then there’s also a range of updates and fine tuning of existing rules across the board, some welcome reliefs and some problems for taxpayers.
Decoding, understanding and applying these changes require increasingly more time and specialisation, a luxury which hard-pressed practitioners rarely have.
