The Beaumont's Service is a group of inter-related labour law products designed to provide solutions to everyday labour problems. It includes the following:

(1) Beaumont’s Express
A monthly publication comprising articles covering the full spectrum of labour relations activities. The articles incorporate commentary on court cases and arbitration awards and the latest court decisions are used as illustrations. Reference is also made to pertinent legislation. Recommendations are made aimed at establishing fair standards and positive labour relations practices.

(2) Beaumont’s Solutions
This consolidated looseleaf work is designed to assist decision-makers to arrive at appropriate and fair solutions using a step-by-step approach. The material is presented in a manner that ensures an understanding of the law. It is designed to advance Best Business Practice by introducing a holistic approach to labour relations. Checklists are often included, as are flow charts that simplify abstract concepts.

(3) Beaumont’s Workshops
The Beaumont’s Service incorporates two workshops per year which are held around the country. They provide practical guidance and insight into both the Beaumont’s Express material and current labour issues.

(4) Beaumont’s Help-desk
Subscribers are invited to telephone the helpdesk for additional information, or to check whether they are on the right track with their intended solutions.
