SA Tax Cases Reports

The SA Tax Cases Reports were established in 1926. This distinguished collection contains the only official reports of decisions of the Tax Court for Hearing Income Tax Appeals as well as all reportable tax cases from the Supreme Court of Appeal and High Courts of Southern Africa. New cases are sent out on a six weekly basis and are housed in an attractive binder. The cases are easily accessible by way of an index that complements the series.

The SA Tax Cases Reports are an indispensable source of reference for the tax, accounting and legal professions, providing unrivalled access to the original cases where precedents were set.
