Fundile Sangoni

Advocate of the High Court of the Republic of South Africa

Fundile is an advocate of the high court and a member of the Johannesburg bar. Although he has a strong labour law background, Fundile runs a wide-ranging litigation practice. He has represented clients in the High Court, Magistrates Court, the Labour Court, at the CCMA and in internal disciplinary hearings. He also chairs disciplinary and grievance hearings, and regularly conducts workplace investigations for various corporates and institutions.

Before his call to the bar, Fundile practiced as an attorney. He gained considerable experience in the labour & employment law, commercial litigation and corporate & commercial areas of practice.

Fundile holds a Bachelor of Social Science (BSocSc) in Law and Political & International Studies, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), both from Rhodes University.
