Sunelle is a Director at Malatji & Co. Attorneys in Sandton. She has 18 years of practise experience. She specialises in Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution with a sharp focus on the regulatory environment in both the Financial and Medical Schemes Sectors.

Sunelle holds both an LLB Degree and B Com Economics Degree from the University of North West, Potchefstroom.  She was an exchange student at the Catholic University Leuven, Belgium.  Sunelle has an LLM Degree in Insurance and Law of Contracts, conferred by UNISA.

She additionally holds Certificates in Pension Funds Law (UNISA); Consumer Protection Law; and Companies Law –(University of Pretoria).  She further holds an AIPSA Diploma in Insolvency Law from the University of Pretoria.
