Andrew Marshall

Andrew Marshall is a Director at Dingley Marshall. He has a master’s degree and specialises in ICT Law, and has a background in software development. Andrew assists clients with most aspects of ICT Law, including software development and licensing, software implementation, software support and maintenance, hosting and co-location, intellectual property, domain name issues (including domain name disputes), communications and security policies, privacy (POPI), e-commerce facilitation and general ICT service agreements. He also lectures short courses in software law through the University of Cape Town Law@Work programme.
