I joined LexisNexis January 2019. I have a qualification in Occupationally Directed Education, Training and Development Practices and IT Systems Development. I have 8 years’ experience in the training, learning and development industry. My area of focus is on Lexis Library, Practical Guidance and Lexis Assure systems and content area. Making sure that the onboarding process of new clients is as smooth as possible and conducting needs analysis for existing clients in order to close gaps by running refresher trainings. Lifelong learning and upskilling others is what drives my love and passion for my career.
