The LexisNexis Graduate Development Programme is designed to accelerate graduate development, thereby creating a pipeline of well-rounded future leaders and specialists within targeted business-critical roles. Graduates undergo a combination of structured and experiential learning interventions over 24 months to gain business understanding and network development exposure.
