Michael Kidd is a Professor of Law at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. He is also the Director of the Institute of Environmental Law at the University of KwaZulu-Natal and the Principle Editor of the South African Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. Professor Kidd holds a BCom, LLB, LLM and PhD and is researching and writing in the areas of Environmental Law, Water Law and Administrative Law. He has been involved in textbook writing and editing, as well as presenting a large number of Papers.
