For your customer:

    LDT has three types of roles for communications;
  • internal referring to the owner of the matter (the our ref),
  • external which includes the contacts of the instructing attorney firm and
  • app user who is authorised to scan on the firm’s behalf.

    • This allows you to manage who receives updates, e.g. you may want your instructing attorney to receive early notification of preps, but want to control the registration notifications
