LexisNexis Customer Support during Lockdown

Following President Ramaphosa’s address on Monday night and the scheduled lockdown of the country from midnight until Thursday 16 April, we have reviewed our requirements and responsibilities as a business and have instituted immediate actions. As a responsible corporate citizen, our key priority remains ensuring the safety of our employees, customers and the communities we live in.

Customer Support

We have put in place the necessary measures to ensure that you continue receiving customer support from us. Our preferred method of communications over this period is via our customer care e-mail and live chat feature which can be found on our corporate website: lexisnexis.co.za, Lexis Library, Lexis RefCheck, Lexis WinDeed, and Lexis Convey product sites and will continue to be monitored. Our telephone support will continue as normal; however, we humbly request your understanding and patience in the event of any delayed responses.

In the event that you are unable to reach us on any of the above-mentioned communications channels, please feel free to escalate your query to escalation.support@lexisnexis.co.za

Business Continuity

Our priority is to ensure that our business provides continuity to you even when our teams are working outside of the office. Our products and solutions are designed to enable you to continue working and remain productive while working from home. Please feel free to get in touch with us should you wish to discuss the processes or if you require assistance in identifying the best solution for your firm to set up your employees at home.

Print Titles Deliveries

In light of the nation-wide lockdown, please note that any print titles ordered between Monday 23 March – 16 April will be delivered when we resume with deliveries on the 17 April 2020. Should you require access to the print title before this, please note that we have eBook versions of all our textbooks and Lexis Mobile versions of most loose-leaf publications. If you wish to access your materials in a different format, please contact your Account Manager or email: customercare@lexisnexis.co.za, or visit our eStore: https://store.lexisnexis.co.za/

COVID-19 Resource Centre

We are proud to announce the launch of our COVID-19 Resource Centre. This is our way of heeding government’s call for a collaborative approach with the corporate sector in ensuring that factual and correct information is shared with the public. The centre allows the general public to access the most up to date government notices, court directives and regulations in relation to COVID-19, as well as expert insights. Please visit and share this free resource. We also welcome article submissions. Should you wish to contribute, please send your submissions to caselaw@lexisnexis.co.za

As LexisNexis we are dedicated to our purpose of Advancing the Rule of Law and look forward to continued engagement with our customers during this business as unusual period, to ensure the highest levels of service, support, collaboration, and value add. Please feel free to contact us for any queries.

Please keep your loved ones and yourself safe during these times!
