Tayyibah Suliman

Tayyiba Suliman is a director in Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr’s Technology and Sourcing practice and is also a member of the Data Protection and Privacy Group. Tayyiba was seconded to the Vodacom legal department to assist with digital media and other mobile industry related agreements and matters and was also seconded to DLA Piper in the United Kingdom for six months in the Intellectual Property and Technology department. Tayyiba has extensive experience with digital media and other mobile industry related agreements and matters, as well as having advised on various telecommunications regulatory matters, including drafting regulatory submissions, opinions and applying for licences on behalf of various clients.
