Director – Hlanganani Sinqobe

Born and raised in Soweto, Johannesburg. Nqobile attended Maryvale College and proceeded to further her studies at the University of the Witwatersrand where she obtained a BA Honours degree in Sociology, majoring in Industrial Relations. Nqobile joined a broadcasting corporate environment in her honours year which solidified her passion for the Employee-Employer relationship and governance framework that exists in corporations. Nqobile is currently studying towards a Postgraduate Diploma in Practice Management (PGDIP) at the Henley Business School. In her ten-year (10) journey, she still continues to explore the interrelation between 'society', 'work', and the employee-employer dynamics. Nqobile’s qualitative research background has given her insight on the different meanings relating to the 'concept of work' that employees' in the informal and formal sectors hold; and their different relationships to their work environments and those who lead them within such organizations. This has enabled her to provide business leaders with effective employee management strategies.
