About Lexis® Supplier Compliance

Lexis Supplier Compliance ensures complete supplier legal compliance within a comprehensive and secure, online system. This ensures companies remain valid with certificates of compliance – for example, BEE certificates, insurance certificates and professional body registrations, generally need to be renewed every year in accordance with an employer’s schedule.  This applies to all industries such as the financial, real estate, retail and manufacturing industries.

How does Lexis Supplier Compliance work? By virtue of exception reporting, Lexis Supplier Compliance employers remind only those suppliers who need to submit a new version of a certificate, when they need to, and by when, otherwise it expires.  The supplier then submits a new version of the certificate to the employer by uploading it into the system where the employer can verify whether the newly uploaded proof of compliance (i.e. certificate) is indeed a valid proof of compliance and approve or reject it, until the supplier is compliant.

All this activity and communication between the employer and supplier happens within Lexis Supplier Compliance thereby ensuring a full audit trail and centralised record keeping.
