About Peter Turner
Peter specialises in all aspects of Lower and Superior Court litigation and has additional expertise in labour, credit agreements, administrative and constitutional law.
Career
Peter completed his articles at Durban-based firms Du Toit Havemann & Lloyd and Easton-Berry Inc specialising in sectional title disputes, banking law and litigation. He then joined major collections firm Brooks & Luyt Inc in November 2014 heading the firm’s Durban branch as managing attorney for a period of 3 years.
Peter recently moved to Cape Town and has joined Dingley Marshall as an associate in our litigation practice. Specialising in both high court and magistrates’ court litigation, Peter has been involved in the resolution of various litigious matters acting on behalf of the “big four” banking institutions, as well as other major credit providers throughout the country.
