Conveyancing Tables – May 2023

The LexisConvey Conveyancing Tables have been updated to reflect changes to Transfer Duty, Deeds Office Fees, and Conveyancing Fee Guidelines, which came into effect on the 1^st of March, April and May 2023 respectively.

The Tables of Costs Ready Reckoner has been updated to reflect the changes made to the Transfer Duty, Deeds Office Fees and Conveyancing Fee Guidelines (Applicable from 1^st of March, 1^st of April , and 1^st of May respectively).

It consists of the following sections:

• Summary of Bond and Transfer Costs.
• Tables of Transfer Costs, and
• Tables of Bond Costs.
