With close to 30 years of experience, Mellony is an innovative leader who has managed teams across Africa. She holds a Masters in Business Administration (endorsed by Oxford University), an Industrial and Organisational Psychology Qualification, as well as various qualifications from the IMM for Marketing Management and the Wits Business School Management Advanced Programme.

Nonhlanhla has a career spanning over 20 years, working for some of the leading players in banking and broadcasting in South Africa and the rest of the African continent. During her career she acquired immense business, strategy development, stakeholder management and innovation skills. Most recently, she has been at the forefront of introducing corporate governance initiatives in the broadcasting industry, which have included the implementation of a contracts management forum and a legal compliance conference.

Born and raised in Soweto, Johannesburg. Nqobile attended Maryvale College and proceeded to further her studies at the University of the Witwatersrand where she obtained a BA Honours degree in Sociology, majoring in Industrial Relations.
