Discussion and Launch of Africa’s first legal text on eDiscovery in South Africa
LexisNexis South Africa together with experts including Judge Jody Kollapen, co-author Terry Harrison who is Africa’s only independent eDiscovery Consultant and Sumantha Reddy, Content Manager at LexisNexis, unpacked how South African lawyers can meet their professional obligations when it comes to eDiscovery and ensure irrefutable defensibility in the 21st Century.
The session included an egaging Keynote address delivered by Judge Kollapen who wrote the foreword in the new book and considers himself “no fundi of technology”, interrogated the far reaching and positive impact of technology and innovation on society and the practice of law.
