André is an admitted attorney who is part of the Tax Legal Team at Tax Consulting SA. He regularly represents taxpayers and assists them with their disputes against SARS, encompassing the lodging of objections, suspensions of payment and requests for reasons.

He further advises individuals and entities with regard to Voluntary Disclosure Programme (“VDP”) applications and the submission thereof, which includes liaising with the Voluntary Disclosure Unit (“VDU”) and ensuring that the VDP application process is finalised. This results in the taxpayer regularising their tax affairs and culminates in the taxpayer entering into an agreement giving effect to the relief granted by SARS in terms of the VDP.
